Meet Adrianna
Hi, I’m Adrianna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Bloom & Grow Psychotherapy.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself while building the tools to create meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, OCD, relationship concerns, and difficult life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and also integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and exposure-based therapy to tailor treatment to each person’s individual needs.
Whether you’re trying to heal from the past, break patterns that no longer serve you, or simply feel more like yourself again, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported as you move forward.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to allow for consistency and momentum in treatment. Session frequency may change over time depending on your needs, progress, and treatment goals.

-
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, relevant history, and what you'd like to work toward.
You don't need to have everything figured out before starting. We'll work together to identify your goals and determine what approach to treatment feels most appropriate.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy commonly used to address trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult memories so they can become less emotionally overwhelming and have less influence on your present life.
EMDR isn't the right approach for every person or every concern, so we'll discuss whether it may be appropriate for you before beginning EMDR treatment.
-
Not at all. Although EMDR is one of my specialties, therapy is tailored to you. I also incorporate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure-based interventions, and other evidence-based techniques depending on your needs.
-
Finding the right therapist matters. I strive to provide a therapeutic environment that is warm, collaborative, supportive, and honest. We'll work together to determine whether my approach and areas of expertise align with what you're looking for.
If either of us determines that another provider would better meet your needs, I can help discuss appropriate next steps.
